This is a volunteer role based on-site in Be'er Sheva, Israel. The role involves working closely with the curator at the Negev Artists' House to assist with exhibitions, coordinate artistic projects, and engage with the artist community. Day-to-day responsibilities may include organizing artwork, managing communication with artists, helping with event preparation, and promoting exhibitions through various platforms.

• Artistic Knowledge: Familiarity with art concepts, exhibitions, and contemporary art practices.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage project timelines, communicate effectively, and coordinate events.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate with artists, curators, and community members.
• Marketing and Promotion Skills: Experience with social media, art promotion, and community outreach.
• Bonus: A background in art history, fine arts, or relevant fields would be an advantage.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Hebrew or English is necessary; additional languages are a plus.
