Product Marketing Manager

Job requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Proven experience collaborating with both technical (R&D) and GTM teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with market and competitor data.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and own product positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Sweet Security’s portfolio.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies for key feature and product releases.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, and datasheets.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer, gather feedback, analyze insights, and refine product messaging to better address customer needs.
• Support field marketing and demand generation initiatives with product-focused content.
