We manage hundreds of thousands of dollars in ad spend across global accounts - helping brands grow through smart strategy, creative excellence, and precise execution.
Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team on-site in Even Yehuda.
In this role, you’ll help plan, build, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok, while learning how to turn data and creativity into real business results.
You’ll collaborate directly with clients, shape ad messaging, work closely with our creative team, and analyze performance through custom dashboards.
Key Responsibilities- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Implement and maintain tracking tools: pixels, GA4, and GTM.
- Write engaging ad copy in Hebrew and English.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors through clear ad briefs.
- Communicate with clients to align on strategy and performance.
- Create performance dashboards using Looker Studio.
Must-have:
- At least 1 year of experience managing Meta and/or Google Ads campaigns.
- Passion for marketing, analytics, and growth.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with eCommerce brands.
- Curiosity, creativity, and love for learning new things.
