We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal Division.

Your Day-to-Day:

Provide legal support for the mMarketing Division.
Monitor regulatory developments, assess implications, and draft position papers.
Advise on a broad range of banking and financial regulatory matters.
Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
Support internal teams with clear, business-focused legal guidance

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a lawyer in a leading law firm, bank, major financial institution or big Fintech company.
Proven experience providing legal support in marketing & advertising.
Strong background in banking and financial regulation (experience in securities - an advantage).
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Team player with strong business orientation and attention to details.
