About TSG Group:

TSG is a publicly traded defense technology company specializing in the development of advanced software systems for the defense and civilian industries in Israel and abroad. We are hiring a PMO for a position with a significant contribution to national security.

Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain integrated work plans.

* Manage risks, analyze bottlenecks, and identify critical paths.

* Coordinate work interfaces in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.

* Plan and control budgets from proposal stage through ongoing reporting to project completion.

* Build a comprehensive project status overview and present it to management and customers.

Requirements:

* B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, or alternatively 10+ years of experience in managing technological projects – mandatory.

* At least 3 years of experience as a PMO in large organizations – mandatory.

* Strong familiarity with SAP or other large ERP systems.

* Knowledge of Agile / Lean / Six Sigma planning and control methodologies.

* Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera – mandatory.

* Experience in a consulting or organizational development (O&M) company – advantage.

* Proactive mindset, strong analytical and systemic thinking, excellent interpersonal communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
