About the role:

We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead WeSki’s product strategy, execution, and team. You’ll be responsible for building and delivering a world-class product that meets our customers' needs and drives business growth. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong people management.

You will work closely with our co-founders, R&D, design, operations, and marketing teams to shape the product vision and turn it into reality – delivering innovative, data-driven, and user-centric experiences that define the future of ski travel.

As a product-led company without any sales team, WeSki’s growth is driven entirely by our product performance and customer experience. This makes the Head of Product role central to the company’s success.

What you’ll do:

• Define and lead the overall product strategy and roadmap, aligned with company goals and growth plans.
• Build, lead, and mentor a small but high-performing product & design team, setting clear goals, ensuring alignment, and fostering a strong product culture.
• Own the full product lifecycle: from discovery, market research, and prioritization to execution, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate closely with tech leads and developers to deliver scalable and reliable product solutions, balancing speed and quality.
• Use data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Drive continuous improvement of our user journey, funnel performance, and conversion metrics through A/B testing and iterative enhancements.
• Own product KPIs and work cross-functionally to ensure product initiatives meet business and customer success goals.
  
  

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or Head of Product role.
• Proven experience in a B2C tech company – travel-tech is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing senior product and design talent, with the ability to build and scale teams as the company grows.
• Deep experience in leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision to execution.
• Strong technical acumen – experience working closely with R&D and understanding software architecture, APIs, and integration challenges.
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for metrics, experimentation, and optimization.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Hands-on, strategic, and execution-oriented – comfortable switching between high-level planning and detailed problem-solving.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Skier or Snowboarder - Always a plus
