We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Training Specialist to join our team. This role involves training and supporting end-users in the implementation and use of SAP systems, with a focus on the MM module (Materials Management).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on SAP systems for end-users
• Deliver training materials, including user guides and presentations.
• Create and develop process videos and training content, utilizing tools such as Camtasia.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users and ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to efficiently use SAP systems.
• Work closely with the IT and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement of the system.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent).
• Alternatively, technical qualifications in SAP, including advanced courses (150 hours minimum), or a background in the Israeli Army or RAAM with experience in SAP.

Experience:

• At least one year of experience in training users on information systems (3 training cycles with at least 15 participants each).
• Proven experience in SAP MM module, specifically in procurement of services and procurement of goods.
• Experience in creating training content (presentations, user guides, etc.).
• Experience in developing training process videos (preferably using Camtasia).

• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to train and support users effectively.
• Self-learning ability and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
