We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic DataOps Team Lead to join our growing AI division. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for supporting data pipelines, infrastructure, and processes essential for algorithmic teams within the AI division, as well as collaborating with peer teams in the Shared Services Group. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on leadership to a high-performing DataOps team.
• Support algorithmic teams within the AI division and collaborate closely with peer teams in the Shared Services Group.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and operational excellence.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable data pipelines and workflows.
• Optimize data ingestion, storage, and processing infrastructure to support AI and analytics initiatives.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and integrity of data systems.
• Act as the primary interface between the DataOps team and other teams, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Work effectively with both well-established teams and newly formed teams, demonstrating patience, adaptability, and proactivity.
• Provide solutions and insights to improve data workflows and operational efficiency.
• Stay up to date with the latest DataOps tools, technologies, and practices.
• Implement innovative solutions to streamline data workflows and enhance productivity.
• Promote and enforce best practices in data engineering, security, and scalability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DataOps, data engineering, or related roles.
• At least 3 years of management experience, leading DataOps or engineering teams.
• Expertise in building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows using modern tools (e.g., Airflow, Apache Spark, Kafka).
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency with data storage and processing technologies (e.g., SQL/NoSQL databases, data lakes).
• Familiarity with data orchestration, monitoring, and logging tools.
