Senior Software Engineer

Scope: Full-Time, Hybrid, 3x per week in office

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining high-performance backend systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Ensuring the security and scalability of our systems.
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• We’re hiring across two core engineering tracks — you’ll work in the area that best fits your strengths and interests:
• Cloud-Native Engineering
• Design and implement scalable, distributed systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD.
• Ownership of cloud-first services with high availability and performance.
• Algorithmic-Focused Engineering
• Solve complex algorithmic and architectural challenges.
• Build performant and maintainable backend services at scale.
• Requires strong data structures and problem-solving mindset.
  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience
• Proficiency in object-oriented languages: Java, C++, Python, C#, Go, Scala, Kotlin, etc.
• Experience building and deploying cloud-native microservices
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed systems
• Solid understanding of networking and security domains – an advantage
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and system design
