Let’s cut to the chase. What’s the job?

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (Back Office) to join our R&D team.

Our back office is the control center behind Guardio. It powers remote configuration, ETLs, experimentation, analytics, and user management. You will lead the development of tools that make our internal teams faster, smarter, and more effective every day.

You will:

• Build and scale Guardio’s internal systems for configuration, analytics, and experimentation
• Develop dashboards, automations, and data workflows that serve our Growth, Product, Dev, Customer Success, and Data Engineering teams
• Design intuitive, high-utility UIs that help teams make data-driven decisions and move faster
• Own projects from concept to production with a focus on reliability, performance, and usability
• Integrate AI capabilities and continuously optimize internal tools for efficiency and impact
  
  

• Have 5+ years as a Fullstack Developer working on complex, data-heavy systems
• Are fluent in TypeScript, React, and Python, and comfortable leading across the stack
• Have a strong sense for UI and UX, and care about building tools people love to use
• Have experience with internal or back-office platforms, dashboards, or ETL systems
• Know your way around MySQL, Redis, BigQuery, and cloud environments like GCP and Kubernetes
• Have worked with shadcn/ui, PostHog, or AI integrations (bonus points)
• Thrive on collaboration and take pride in making your colleagues’ work easier, better, and faster
• Are proactive, pragmatic, and enjoy shipping high-quality, high-impact systems
