Role Description

We are looking for a Corporate Development Associate to join our growing team.

The role combines engineering understanding, business analysis, and strategic execution. You will work closely with the leadership team (including the CEO and Head of Corporate Development) on key initiatives related to data center expansion, partnerships, and corporate strategy.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and business. A structured thinker with an engineering background and a drive to build impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic and corporate development initiatives for Anan and related entities.
• Conduct market, competitor, and financial analyses to identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to partnership evaluations, M&A assessments, and joint ventures.
• Support technical and commercial due diligence for energy, cooling, and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to assess project feasibility.
• Prepare executive presentations, investment memos, and business models.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred).
• 2–3 years of professional experience in corporate development, consulting, finance, or infrastructure-related roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of energy systems, electricity markets, or infrastructure assets.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (both spoken and written).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for technology infrastructure and sustainability.
