Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Associate at Dr. Guy Carmi & Co. Law Firm. The role is on-site and located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing client cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court, as Dr. Carmi's second chair, or in appropriate cases leading a case. Additionally, the Senior Associate will be expected to mentor junior associates, collaborate with other lawyers, and provide strategic advice to clients on various legal matters.

Qualifications

• Strong Legal Research, Analytical, and Case Management skills
• Proficiency in Drafting Legal Documents and providing Client Representation
• Extensive experience in Negotiation and Litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to mentor and guide junior associates
• Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment
• LL.B. degree from a recognized law school, preferably from a top university and top of
• Admitted to practice law in Israel
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Command of English is a significant advantage
