QA Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive QA Team Lead to drive quality assurance for our Application team and report directly to the Head of QA. This role involves managing a large QA team, including both manual and automation, and contributing hands-on work in front-end automation testing, as well as back-end automation testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team, including both manual and automation QA, ensuring smooth communication with development teams
• Develop and execute automated front-end and back-end tests
• Work closely with teams to set and maintain quality standards throughout development
• Review code and mentor QA team members.
• Review and report test results, bugs, and issues to ensure transparency and continuous improvement
  
  

• 3+ years experience managing QA teams
• Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation infrastructure, including CI/CD integration
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in TypeScript and Python
• Experience in UI automation testing using frameworks like Cypress and Playwright
• Experience in back-end automation testing, including API and DB testing.
• Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to meet aggressive timelines and motivate the team to meet product deadlines
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
