WoM is looking for a DevOps and SW Debug Engineer ,a hybrid role combining DevOps, SW Debug and hands-on integration support to join the ride as we spearhead the next revolution in social media!

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience in Software Development and Continuous Integration
• Deploy and upgrade software versions at the customer site
• Investigate, debug, and resolve production issues
• Fix bugs and contribute improvements to backend services written in Java and/or Python
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Build and manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code with tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Monitor system performance using Prometheus and Grafana
• Collaborate closely with internal R&D, DevOps, and Architecture teams
• Write technical documentation, implementation guides, and internal best practices

Requirements:

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps roles
• Development skills in Java and/or Python
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Experience with Linux-based systems
• Proficiency with Git-based version control
• Monitoring experience with Prometheus and Grafana
• English – basic level, comfortable communicating with a global teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Spring Boot, Flink, or RabbitMQ
• Familiarity with distributed systems or high-performance computing environments
• Background in embedded systems, or hardware/software integration
• Experience working with global R&D teams across time zones
