Data Analyst & Project Manager

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Customer Journey Insights

• Analyze the end-to-end client journey and usage patterns to uncover insights that improve experience and performance.
• Identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities to enhance efficiency, engagement, and conversions.
• Extract and interpret business and product insights from multiple data sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
• Work extensively with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, HubSpot, Google Sheets, and other BI systems.
• Leverage Mixpanel and Google Analytics to track user behavior, conversion funnels, and retention trends, turning raw data into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Product, Marketing, Tech, and Compliance - to align data-driven strategy and execution.
  
  

• Lead and coordinate cross-departmental projects involving product, marketing, tech, and business stakeholders.
• Implement and manage systems such as Data Analytics, CRM, and Marketing Automation tools.
• Define priorities, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across global teams.
• Optimize internal workflows and processes based on analytical findings.
• Collaborate with international partners and teams across multiple markets.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or Project Management – preferably in fintech, SaaS, or digital services.
• Strong analytical skills with proven proficiency in Mixpanel, Google Analytics, BI tools, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Holistic understanding of customer and product journeys, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
• Advantage: experience in international or financial environments.
