The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead RapNet’s product strategy, execution, and team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee all aspects of product development and manage a team of product managers, driving innovation across our platform.

We’re seeking a senior product leader with experience in marketplaces or B2B SaaS, strong user-centered design instincts, and a proven ability to scale high-performing teams and products.

This role will be a hybrid role based in Ramat Gan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product strategy and development
• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Build and manage a team of product managers, providing leadership and direction
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver product solutions
• Use data, research, and customer feedback to inform prioritization and drive product decisions
• Optimize the user journey, conversion funnels, and overall platform experience
• Implement best practices in product operations, agile development, and performance tracking
• Identify opportunities for growth through product-led and sales-led strategies
  
  

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Strong background in SaaS or marketplace products with measurable success
• Proven experience driving product strategy and executing on high-impact roadmaps
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to growth, funnels, and performance
• Strong communicator and team builder with cross-functional leadership experience
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams a plus
  
  

• Experience in luxury, e-commerce, fintech, or B2B2C platforms
• Familiarity with the diamond or jewelry industry
