About The Team

The Platform Unit builds the foundation that powers every Fireblocks product - from APIs and shared infrastructure to developer tools and cross-product frameworks.

Within this unit, the Platform Services team owns the core products and backend systems that make Fireblocks run. As the Product Manager for this domain, you’ll shape the infrastructure that every product team builds upon - designing services that accelerate development velocity, ensure architectural consistency, and directly influence the experience of every Fireblocks customer. The team delivers the shared services, frameworks, and platform capabilities that power scale, reliability, and a unified user experience across all product lines.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager for Platform Services, you’ll define and execute the product vision for the shared services that answer critical business needs across a wide variety of Fireblocks use cases.

You’ll partner closely with engineering, product leadership, and go-to-market teams to design and deliver platform capabilities that power scale, reliability, and consistency across all products. Your work will directly influence how Fireblocks continues to deliver secure, high-velocity experiences in the digital-asset ecosystem, enabling thousands of organizations to move and manage digital assets safely and efficiently.

• Own the vision and roadmap for Platform Services that address shared business needs across Fireblocks’ product lines, enabling scale while supporting a unified product experience.
• Lead product execution end-to-end, from discovery and definition to launch and ongoing optimization, with a focus on execution excellence and measurable impact.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and UX to design UI and API flows that are adopted across multiple product domains.
• Represent the customer by deeply understanding use cases, business requirements, and pain points through data analysis, customer feedback, and market research.
• Maintain strong alignment and communication across all functions — Product, R&D, Go-To-Market, and Customer Success — to ensure platform coherence and shared success.
  
  

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with engineering on system design and architecture trade-offs.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with a passion for scalability and developer enablement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex systems into clear product narratives.
