Networking Cybersecurity DevOps Engineer

As part of the heart of NVIDIA's commitment to networking product security is Cyberlab. The NVIDIA Networking Cyberlab's primary goal is to ensure NVIDIA network products are secure, delivering comprehensive security solutions and fostering homegrown AI security development capabilities.

We are seeking for a DevOps Engineer to be part of the backbone of networking security innovation. You will owe the integration of cutting-edge third-party cybersecurity solutions and orchestrate the development of our own homegrown AI/LLM security models. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI development, advanced cybersecurity, collaborating with offensive security researchers to protect the products that power the AI revolution.

Work with a group of multi-disciplined professionals focused on cybersecurity, dealing with the challenge to detect security flaws in product level and develop unique cyber security capabilities with internal architect dev team alongside cyber security third parties.

Our new team member is an effective communicator, comfortable collaborate with cyber security architect team, engineers, technical staff, and enjoys working with a diverse, global workforce.

What You'll Be Doing

• Spearhead Integration: Lead the architectural design, Proof of Concept (PoC), and integration of third-party cybersecurity solutions and internal AI-powered security solutions into NVIDIA's core infrastructure.
• Empower AI Development: Partner with MLOps AI engineers by providing the core DevOps maintain and support required to develop and train novel AI/LLM models in the AI security projects streamline model development and deployment.
• Enhance Offensive Security: Work closely with our offensive security researchers to support and execute security testing activities on Nvidia products and infrastructure.
• Drive Automation & Innovation: Observe control and enhance our automated cybersecurity testing frameworks while proactively researching and implementing next-generation security tools and processes to keep us ahead of threats.
  
  

What We Need To See

• +3 years of proven experience in a DevOps role
• Experience in programming and scripting using Python, Bash in Unix/Linux environment
• Background as an IT Engineer -experience with hardware and bare-metal with deep knowledge of Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows
• Strong debugging skills at the OS, kernel, and service levels
• Good knowledge of virtualization in Linux (QEMU/KVM), Docker and container orchestration
• Experience in physical and virtual networking (VLANs, subnets, firewalls)
• Expertise in source control infrastructure (Github, GitLab, Gerrit)
• Excellent documentation, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams with an agile mindset and collaborative spirit
