Your Role

As Marketing Activation Specialist, you’ll bring GROHE’s brand to life in Israel. You’ll adapt global campaigns, lead local activations, and drive customer engagement. Working with sales, distributors, and HQ, you’ll help grow our presence and impact.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage local marketing plans and budgets
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Localize and roll out campaigns, product launches, and showroom displays
• Organize B2B events, factory visits, and incentive programs
• Manage social media, content calendars, and influencer collaborations
• Track KPIs and optimize digital performance
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, or communications
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Digital marketing know-how: social, content, influencers, analytics
• Creative mindset with data-driven thinking
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
