About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to take part in designing, building, and optimizing the next generation of the company’s SaaS platform.

You’ll work on distributed, cloud-based systems built with modern technologies, creating scalable, high-performance backend services that support thousands of customers worldwide.

The role offers a mix of hands-on coding, architecture, and collaboration with product, frontend, and DevOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices-based backend systems running on AWS, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices for security and reliability.
• Research and implement new technologies to enhance system stability and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust APIs and seamless integrations.
• Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience, primarily with Node.js.
• 3+ years of experience working with AWS.
• Proven experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of system design principles and scalable architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS tools such as Lambda, SQS, Kinesis, ElasticCache, API Gateway, and NLB.
• Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ) and caching solutions (Redis).

Nice to Have

• Experience with NestJS and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot or Spring Cloud.
• Knowledge of observability and performance monitoring tools.
• Awareness of security best practices for distributed systems.
