🌍 Import Manager
📍 Location: Caesarea
A leading global organization is seeking an Import Manager for a central and strategic role in managing the company’s import operations.
This dynamic position offers direct responsibility over all import processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and oversee all import activities
- Develop annual work plans and import budgets
- Ensure smooth customs clearance and handle approvals and licenses with regulatory bodies (e.g., Standards Institute, Ministry of Health)
- Lead projects to improve processes, reduce lead times, and optimize costs
- Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee procurement processes with suppliers – tracking orders, invoices, and payments
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners in Israel and internationally
✅ Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree – required
- Proven experience managing import operations in a global or industrial company
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent English – written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SAP – significant advantage
- Ability to work under pressure, manage conflicts, and think strategically
