Planner

Position Summary:

Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the company’s inventory levels to ensure material and product availability according to production and sales requirements, while maintaining operational efficiency and minimizing excess stock

Job description :

• Plan and monitor inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and components according to production and sales forecasts.
• Analyze consumption data, plan optimal inventory levels, and generate management reports.
• Track purchase orders and deliveries to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Identify shortages, surpluses, and slow-moving items, and lead corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Planning, and Engineering departments.
• Manage and update data in ERP / SAP systems (such as item codes, availability, and inventory movements).
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level, inventory days, and inventory accuracy.
• Initiate improvements in planning, monitoring, and logistics processes.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management
• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing / industrial company – required.
• High proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP – significant advantage).
• Strong English skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• High analytical ability, accuracy, and a systematic approach.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple interfaces simultaneously
