We are looking for an All-Around Motion Designer to join our team!

If you are a hands-on visual storyteller who excels at turning marketing ideas into high-converting video ads through stunning motion design, an Adobe Suite expert who can fluidly switch between complex animation and rapid-fire editing, and a proactive creator who enjoys the full lifecycle of a video ad from the first written line to the final exported file, your place is with us!

How Will Your Day-to-Day Look?

• Concept to Script: Develop initial creative ideas, write concise scripts, and build effective storyboards that clearly communicate the ad's narrative and visual flow.
• Core Motion Design & Animation: Execute high-level Motion Graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects to elevate the visual quality and performance of all video assets.
• Full-Stack Video Production: Perform end-to-end video editing, including integrating footage, detailed color correction, precise sound design, and text overlays/supers.
• Asset Gathering & Preparation: Guide and instruct external talent or actors to acquire necessary footage, and efficiently manage, clean, and prepare all raw video and static design assets.
• Performance-Driven Iteration: Rapidly generate various ad versions and make data-informed creative adjustments to existing ads based on performance feedback.
• Innovate with AI: Actively explore and apply Generative AI tools and other emerging technologies to streamline the production pipeline and unlock new creative possibilities.
  
  

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe After Effects is mandatory, along with high-level skills in Adobe Premiere.
• Demonstrated ability to create short-form, direct-response video ads, with a portfolio showcasing effective storytelling through motion.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Film, or a related field that provides a strong technical and artistic base.
• Experience and enthusiasm for executing the full creative spectrum: from writing and planning to post-production animation and editing.
• High-Level English - is a must.
