We’re looking for a Project Management Team Leader to guide our growing global team. This is a high-impact role focused on building structures, developing talents, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PMO forecasting and resource planning to align team capacity with business needs and pipeline.
- Establish and maintain standardized project management workflows, documentation practices, and operational processes across the PMO.
- Manage and mentor a global team of Project Managers, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance. Establishing and tracking service-related key performance indicators (KPIs) across all projects.
- Participate in pipeline and business development calls, articulating the strategic value of project management and supporting proposal efforts.
- Individually manage key strategic projects, setting a high standard for project delivery excellence.
- Experience: 7+ years in project management, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven sales skills
- Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) required
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum – an asset
- Proven experience in managing customer projects – an advantage.
- Process-oriented, proactive, and passionate about team development
