We’re looking for a Project Management Team Leader to guide our growing global team. This is a high-impact role focused on building structures, developing talents, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PMO forecasting and resource planning to align team capacity with business needs and pipeline.
• Establish and maintain standardized project management workflows, documentation practices, and operational processes across the PMO.
• Manage and mentor a global team of Project Managers, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance. Establishing and tracking service-related key performance indicators (KPIs) across all projects.
• Participate in pipeline and business development calls, articulating the strategic value of project management and supporting proposal efforts.
• Individually manage key strategic projects, setting a high standard for project delivery excellence.
  
  

• Experience: 7+ years in project management, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven sales skills
• Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) required
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum – an asset
• Proven experience in managing customer projects – an advantage.
