Infrastructure Manager

AudioCodes is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee the company’s global managed services infrastructure, supporting a range of customer-facing managed services.

This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence and scalability across both physical and cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global infrastructure team responsible for networking, security, storage, virtualization, and systems administration.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to define requirements, manage negotiations, and oversee procurement activities.
• Plan, monitor, and manage the annual infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and execute an annual operations plan (AOP) for infrastructure initiatives and performance targets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams — including Product Management, R&D, Services Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success — to enhance and evolve managed services platforms.
• Ensure high levels of reliability, security, and scalability across all infrastructure layers.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in networking and security.
• Strong expertise in Windows and Microsoft-based systems administration.
• Solid background in storage and virtualization technologies (preferably VMware).
• Proven experience with cloud infrastructures (AWS and/or Azure).
• Demonstrated success in managing IT and infrastructure teams across multiple regions.
• Experience leading cross-company or cross-functional projects.
• Relevant academic degree in a technological or management discipline.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong customer focus, service orientation, and collaboration skills.
