Cyber Security Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Methodology Consultant to join a strategic role supporting multiple healthcare organizations across Israel. This is a field-based position that includes a company car, with work conducted at various customer sites according to the activity plan (no single assigned office).

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of cyber security methodologies, processes, and best practices for healthcare institutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across different organizations to strengthen cyber resilience, ensure compliance with international standards, and oversee cyber governance across technology infrastructures and information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, define, and implement cyber security methodologies, procedures, and governance frameworks

• Lead and conduct cyber risk assessments across healthcare organizations

• Provide guidance and oversight on cyber projects, including design, deployment, and cyber readiness of technologies and infrastructures

• Oversee supply chain cyber security processes and support certification and compliance programs

• Conduct cyber resilience and Disaster Recovery (DR) assessments, business continuity and cyber readiness reviews

• Implement regulatory and standards requirements (Israeli & international), including privacy and data protection obligations

• Support cyber security architecture, strategy, and organizational alignment of best practices

Requirements:

Relevant Academic degree – Mandatory

Full mobility with a car – Mandatory

At least 4 years of professional experience in Cyber / InfoSec

2+ years of hands-on experience leading cyber risk assessments

Proven experience guiding organizations through certification and supply chain assurance processes

Strong experience developing cyber methodologies, policies, procedures, and guidelines based on global standards

Solid knowledge of: ISO27001, NIST, GDPR, ISO27799

Familiarity with cyber security best practices and security products

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Experience within the healthcare sector - an advantage

Background in IT infrastructure - an advantage
