We're growing and looking for a hands-on Team Leader with strong technical depth and proven leadership experience to join us.

If you're passionate about building scalable SaaS platforms, driving team excellence, and working closely with Product to deliver real impact this one is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a development team (starting with 4 devs, growing to 6).

• Oversee end-to-end development of SaaS & hybrid solutions with high delivery standards.

• Work closely with Product to align technical execution with business needs.

• Mentor mid & senior developers, foster a supportive and growth-oriented culture.

• Participate in architecture discussions & code reviews.

• Implement adaptive Agile practices and ensure efficient team workflows.

What You Bring:

3+ years of hands-on Java development.

2+ years of experience as a Team Lead.

Strong expertise with the Spring ecosystem.

Experience designing & building cloud-based architectures.

High communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS, Microservices, CI/CD, Redis, RabbitMQ or Kafka.

• Background in adaptive Agile & cross-team collaboration.
