The System Engineer (SE) is responsible for leading system engineering activities related to the development and support of Testers & Calibration systems. This includes applying engineering principles, mathematical analysis, and validation methodologies to new projects and upgrades, as well as supporting investigations into field failures and production issues.

This role will be based in Haifa following our planned office relocation in 2026.

Responsibilities

Tester & Calibration systems development (80%)

• Technical authority for Testing & Calibration solutions in the company
• Plans and executes all system Eng. deliverables for Testers & Calibration systems development
• Development of testing & Calibrations systems for all company products – systems and disposable products
• Development of upgrades, new features and infrastructure to support Testing & Calibration capabilities
• Responsible for the quality of the systems developed, in terms of functionality, performance and compliance with costumer needs.
• Support problem and investigations related to production, testing and integration issues
  
  

Innovation and technical solution (15%)

• Responsible for continuous improvement for the Testers & Calibration systems
• Market research for Innovative technical solutions for Testing & Calibration systems
  
  

General

• Performs other duties assigned as needed (5%)
  
  

Qualifications / Experience

• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant engineering fields (M.Sc. in System Engineering is an advantage)
• Minimum 8 years of R&D experience in roles such as: Software Engineer, Physicist, Testing Engineer, Additionally, at least 3 years of experience as a system Engineer
• An experience in a medical device company is an advantage
• Broad knowledge across multiple engineering domains: hardware, software, mechanics, magnetics.
• Strong understanding of complex multidisciplinary systems.
• High technical proficiency and analytical skills.
• Expertise in design requirements and V&V management.
• Strong proficiency in English – both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Electro-Magnetic based systems is an advantage
• Effective team player with strong communication skills.
• Innovative and quick to learn new technologies.
