Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape the way Connecteam brings products to market. This role requires a proven track record in SaaS product marketing, with the ability to operate autonomously, influence cross-functional efforts, and deliver measurable business impact.

About the Role:

As a Product Marketing Manager at Connecteam, you will:

• Develop differentiated messaging and positioning that communicates the unique value of Connecteam's platform across industries and personas.
• Drive market research and customer insights - understand our buyers, ICP, and competitive landscape, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Lead planning and execution of customer acquisition campaigns and website optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive measurable growth.
• Create high-impact assets such as sales playbooks, enablement materials, website pages, lp content, and thought leadership pieces.
• Partner with demand generation teams to design and execute customer acquisition and re-engagement campaigns that fuel growth.
• Equip internal teams with the training and insights they need to drive adoption,and support customer outcomes
  
  

• +3 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition campaigns and website page optimisation.
• Strong ability to turn complex product concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Hands-on executor with strategic thinking, ownership mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, data-driven, and results-oriented.
