Technical Training Specialist — Unmanned Systems | Airobotics

Airobotics is a global leader in autonomous drone systems, designing and manufacturing advanced platforms for defense industries in Israel and worldwide. We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Training Specialist with strong engineering orientation to join our training team.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop technical curricula and learning materials for our systems in collaboration with Systems Engineering and field teams.
• Deliver classroom and hands-on technical training to customers, operators, and professional teams in Israel and abroad.
• Support new system deployments and conduct initial user training.
• Create presentations, manuals, and job aids in Hebrew and English.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Service, and Technical Support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical/technology training — must.
• Experience building training curricula or e-learning content — strong advantage.
• Background in technology, aviation, UAVs, C2 systems, or relevant IDF experience — advantage.
• High-level English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Self-starter, excellent people skills, and team player.
• Full-time on-site in Petah Tikva; willingness to travel domestically and occasionally abroad.
