We're looking for an Autonomous Product Manager to supercharge efficiency across Lemonade's internal teams. In This Role You'll

• Own cross-company automation initiatives end-to-end from discovery and scoping through MVP, rollout, and continuous improvement
• Map complex processes and identify leverage points for automation and assisted workflows
• Leverage Lemonade's GenAI and automation platforms (like n8n) to build and deploy agent-based products, taking them from concept to full production
• Operate in a microsquad leveraging existing platforms and your hands-on skills to deliver products from early POC to working solutions in production
• Instrument everything define baselines, ship dashboards, and track impact (hours saved, cycle time, accuracy rates, SLA adherence, auditability)
• Shepherd change management with stakeholders through crisp docs, training sessions, feedback loops, and landing new ways of working
• Partner deeply with engineering, data, and design teams to prioritize the highest-ROI bets and de-risk launches
  
  

• 5+ years as a product manager in successful startups or fast-growing companies
• Hands-on experience building GenAI applications and automation frameworks (Flowise, n8n, etc.)
• Self-organized and process-driven approach with excellent leadership skills
• Ability to understand complex processes and spot improvement opportunities
• Data-driven analytical thinking with perfect English and communication skills
• Experience leading small, agile teams and a passion for continuous learning
• Ability to work in our Tel Aviv office a minimum of 3 days a week
