Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience developing software solutions in Python
• Proven track record of owning, managing, and delivering technical projects
• Passion for learning new languages/technologies and sharing knowledge with others
• Experience with MongoDB or NoSQL queries, including familiarity with indexes and database best practices
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and Kubernetes and/or Docker
• Mentoring/Buddying experience

Other Qualifications:

• Familiarity with best practices in software development (SOLID principles, writing tests, error handling, logging, unit/system testing)
• Solid understanding of development tools (JIRA, GitHub)
• Adaptable and resilient, able to handle changing priorities and challenges
• Ability to work independently and in startup-like environments
• Process-focused mentality with a strong, organized, and methodical problem-solving approach
• Strong analytical skills to understand and translate customer needs
• Passion for technology, teamwork, and solving complex problems
• Strong English communication skills
