Senior Application Engineer

What You’ll Do:

Take full ownership of the organization’s business applications (CRM, Customer Support, Financial Systems, etc.), act as applications and integrations admin product manager and developer:

• Design, Develop, Test and Implement changes on business applications, especially Salesforce.
• Oversee application lifecycle management, including upgrades, patches, and retirement.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and performance of all business applications.
• Vendor selection, oversee its outcome quality (design & test)
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Work closely with Data, BI, IT and AI Engineers to understand dependencies.
• Create maintain and improve integrations between business applications.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into application requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through application enhancements based on common business practice.

Requirements

• Proven admin experience with Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing cloud-based business applications, in a tech company.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Solid understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance.

Bonus Points if you have:

• Development Knowledge.
• Experience with NetSuite, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Monday and HubSpot.

Hybrid position – 3 days on-site (Tel Aviv / Ashkelon) and 2 days remote.
