As an AI GTM Engineer (AI RevDev), you’ll sit at the intersection of AI, sales operations, and customer success — designing and deploying Turin’s agentic workflows that connect our data, our clients, and our voice technology.

You’ll prototype, automate, and scale the tools that power how Turin brings its products to market. From building AI voice flows to integrating CRMs and data pipelines, you’ll be hands-on with every part of our AI ecosystem.

This is not a back-office engineering role — it’s a frontline innovation position for someone who loves turning ideas into working AI systems that drive revenue and impact.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal and client AI tools — from prototype to deployment.
• Build and optimize AI voice agents and multi-channel automations (phone, WhatsApp, email) using tools such as Vapi, ElevenLabs, n8n, and Make.
• Develop no-code / low-code front-end dashboards and workflows using platforms like Retool or Cursor.
• Create and test prompts and orchestration logic across multiple LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity).
• Integrate Turin’s AI engine with client CRMs, voice data layers, and analytics systems.
• Measure and improve performance — balancing accuracy, latency, and token cost.
• Partner closely with the GTM and Product teams to translate business goals into AI automations that increase lead conversion and customer engagement.
• Document, train, and support internal users on new tools and workflows.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI development, RevOps automation, or GTM engineering.
• Strong grasp of AI fundamentals — context windows, token usage, latency vs. cost tradeoffs.
• Proficiency in API integration, data orchestration, and low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Experience working with voice or conversational AI platforms (Vapi, ElevenLabs, Twilio, Dialogflow).
• Familiarity with Python or JavaScript scripting and basic SQL knowledge.
• Demonstrated skill in prompt design, multi-step workflows, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Ability to clearly explain complex AI workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
• Startup mindset — experimental, resourceful, and fast-moving.

Pay Transparency

Your compensation at Turin will reflect several factors — including your skills, experience, and the level of responsibility you take on.

Depending on your experience and location, this role typically ranges between $65,000 – $110,000 USD annually, plus early-stage equity.
