Engineering Technician

Adva Biotechnology, a developer of breakthrough medical devices for cell therapies, is seeking a Mechanical/Electronics Engineer or Technician to join its team and work on complex, innovative systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support NPI and production processes
• Assemble and test systems and subsystems
• Perform final system tests and troubleshoot issues
• Write and implement work instructions and test specs
• Manage configuration and documentation in production
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory teams
• Support production lines and provide occasional field support in Israel and abroad

Qualifications

• Mechanical/Electronics Engineer or Technician – mandatory
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing/testing (medical devices, defense, or aerospace preferred)
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings – mandatory
• Experience with configuration control, ECO, and PLM systems (advantage)
• ERP knowledge (Priority – advantage)
• Proactive, team player, high-level English
