A fast-growing high-tech company is seeking a highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented professional to manage inventory planning and logistics operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations, monitor stock levels, and oversee transfers between warehouses
- Plan and control inventory according to operational and production needs
- Handle incoming goods from suppliers, manage shipments, and oversee delivery processes
- Manage assemblies and kits in the Priority ERP system
- Issue delivery notes and manage returns from suppliers and customers
- Maintain inventory data, generate reports, and ensure ongoing control and accuracy
- Conduct periodic inventory counts
- Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics operations) – must
- Experience managing large-scale inventory with hundreds of SKUs, multiple warehouses, and subcontractors – must
- Proficiency in Priority ERP – must
- Good command of English (reading and writing)
- Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and excellent interpersonal skills
