💼 Position: Operations and Marketing Assistant for a Growing Tourism Company

Levy Israel Tours – a private tour and inbound tourism company in Israel – is seeking a precise, responsible Office Assistant/Operations Manager with a passion for the tourism world and the ability to learn quickly.

• Employment: Part-time position (Freelance or Salaried) with future potential to expand to a full-time role.
• Location: Midreshet Ben-Gurion + Work from Home (Hybrid).

• Managing calendars and coordinating tours and guides.
• Handling bookings, payments, and invoicing.
• Ongoing communication with international clients (primarily in English).
• Assisting with digital marketing: website updates, social media, content creation, and responding to inquiries.

• Precision, organization, and a proactive approach ("Rosh Gadol") – essential.
• Very high level of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proficiency in Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a love for people.
• Advantage: Previous experience in tourism or office management.
