Subtitling Localization Coordinator

Sumit-AI, a leading tech company specializing in transcription, subtitling, and translation, is growing its Media Department and looking for a Subtitles Localization Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

• Lead and manage translation, subtitling, and transcription projects for international clients.
• Coordinate between clients, translators, and quality-control teams across multiple languages, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Drive people and processes effectively to keep projects moving forward.
• Solve challenges creatively and independently, finding practical solutions under pressure.
• Oversee quality assurance of translated and subtitled files, including technical checks and timing adjustments.
• Monitor project budgets and produce regular status and financial reports.
• Document and track all project data using internal systems and Excel spreadsheets.
• Provide professional, proactive communication with clients by email and phone throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience managing projects in media, translation, or subtitling – mandatory.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and high digital literacy.
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms (OOONA, ClickUp, Premiere, etc. are a plus).
• Outstanding communication skills in both English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
• Highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment with varying workload.
