As the product lead of our platform you’ll own end-to-end product discovery, definition, and delivery for Neema’s cross-border payments platform.

Your day:

• We’re looking for a rock star without ego. Someone who gets sh!$t done and thrives in complex, API-driven environments.
• Help us tame the chaos that is payment rails, integrations, and compliance constraints into elegant, scalable solutions.
• This is not a “feature factory” PM role - it’s a seat at the table so you’ll need to think Big. Keep in mind company strategy & goals. Help us increase market share and revenue.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap and sprints.
• Work closely with various teams (R&D, data, finance, marketing, operations, bizdev, sales, CS, and more) to understand the company's needs, and make it happen.
• Coordinate the successful roll-out of new products and features to production.
• Use our BI & analytics platforms to analyse transaction flows, collect feedback and iterate to deliver top notch products.
• Represent the product team externally - with partners and clients to make sure we deliver not only what we want but also what the market wants.

We're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B products. Technical or Fintech products are an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Hebrew and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with engineering and data teams on complex backend systems.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proven experience working directly with customers.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
