Chief Financial Officer

CFO – Publicly Traded Industrial Company | Semiconductor Industry | On-site, Be’er Sheva

On behalf of our client, a leading publicly traded industrial company operating in the semiconductor domain,

we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance organization and join the executive leadership team.

The CFO will play a key role in the company’s next phase of scale-up, driving strategic financial growth and operational excellence. This role includes leading a team of approximately 20 finance professionals across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Bookkeeping, and managing the company’s global financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Full ownership of the company’s global financial operations

✔ Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

✔ Partner with the executive team to drive strategy, growth, and business performance

✔ Oversee international financial activities, compliance, and reporting

✔ Build and strengthen financial infrastructure to support manufacturing and global expansion

Requirements

🔹 CPA – mandatory

🔹 17+ years of experience in senior financial management positions

🔹 Proven experience in public companies – mandatory

🔹 Strong background in industrial/manufacturing environments – mandatory

🔹 Demonstrated experience managing international operations

🔹 Strategic, analytical, and hands-on leadership approach

🔹 On-site position – Be’er Sheva
