Are you looking for a dynamic role that combines engineering, manufacturing, and hands-on field work?

We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Supplier Engineering team at a leading medical device company!

🔧 What you’ll do:

• Provide technical guidance and ongoing support to external suppliers (materials and components)

• Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) processes and transfer from development to mass production

• Analyze manufacturing failures (Root Cause Analysis) and drive corrective actions

• Oversee manufacturing processes, validations, and full regulatory documentation

• Collaborate closely with suppliers across Israel and travel as needed

🎓 Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, NPI, or supplier engineering

• Proven experience working directly with external suppliers – must

• Background in the medical device industry or other regulated environments – strong advantage

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong interpersonal skills, transparency, reliability, and independence
