Site Manager – Datacenter Project 5319

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the execution of a datacenter construction project in Israel. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to deliver the project within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction and installation activities.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with technical specifications and HSE standards.
• Monitor progress, report site status, and coordinate with project management and engineering teams.
• Oversee installation, integration, and testing of electrical and automation systems.
• Manage interfaces between civil, electrical, and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with client requirements.

Profile:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on datacenter or industrial projects.
• Strong background in electrical systems, automation, and installation management.
• Mandatory experience with PIX and SM6 switchgear systems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multinational project environment.
• English fluency required; Hebrew is a plus.
