A successful company located in Tel-Aviv is looking for a talented Bookkeeper to join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in supporting our international operations.

Working closely with a skilled team of professionals, including the CFO, Controller, and other bookkeepers, you’ll be part of a group that ensures the financial health and efficiency of our growing company.

Your Role as a Bookkeeper:

• Handle daily bank reconciliations and complex journal entries (currency conversions, taxes, insurance, etc.).

• Prepare financial reports and analyse rental property performance across ~50 properties per entity.

• Monitor and manage loans, ensuring timely payments.

• Perform month-end and year-end closings, supplier payment processing, and virtual credit card reconciliations.

• Collaborate with the team to produce profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 3) – Mandatory.

• 3+ years of experience in global companies – Mandatory.

• High proficiency in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory.

• Experience in Israeli payroll (American payroll – a plus).

• Tech-savvy with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
