We are looking for a QA automation team leader with strong hands-on experience in Python and proven experience in managing automation team.

Key Responsibilities

Guide, mentor, and manage a team of QA automation engineers, providing technical guidance and encouraging professional growth.
Define, manage, and execute the annual QA automation roadmap and strategic improvement goals.
Design and implement advanced, scalable automation infrastructure to optimize test development

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in hands-on development in Python - Mandatory.
2 years of experience in managing a team of automation QA engineers - Mandatory.
5 years of experience in QA, writing test plans and executing tests.
Prior experience with using AI based automation (LLMs – local or cloud, at test runtime or as a post processing of results)
Knowledge in cloud, especially Azure - advantage.
Knowledge in networking and management systems - advantage.
