✨ Vice President – Client Solutions / Relationship Management

Location: Herzliya, Israel | On-site, Sunday–Thursday | Full-time

An international investment management firm is seeking a Vice President, Client Solutions to lead relationships with major institutional investors and manage strategic client portfolios in the private markets space.

This senior role combines relationship management, investment insight, and strategic execution, serving as the key point of contact for institutional clients and working closely with global investment, research, and reporting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for institutional clients, managing all day-to-day communication and service.
• Oversee portfolio activity, reporting, and performance discussions across multiple alternative investment programs.
• Collaborate with global teams on investment strategy, portfolio monitoring, and process optimization.
• Identify opportunities to enhance value, automate workflows, and strengthen client engagement.
• Lead quarterly strategic review calls and client education sessions.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in financial services, with at least 4 years in private markets, alternative investments, or fund management.
• Proven background in client relationship management at a senior level.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Academic degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Strong familiarity with financial systems, reporting processes, and investment structures.
