🎧 Multimedia & Sound Systems Supervisor | Ben-Gurion University of the Negev

Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is seeking a Multimedia & Sound Systems Supervisor to join the Operations Division.

In this role, you’ll oversee the operation, maintenance, and installation of multimedia and sound systems across university halls, classrooms, and conference rooms — ensuring seamless support for academic and event activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and repair multimedia, sound, and conference systems.
• Plan and implement the annual work plan and monitor its execution.
• Install and operate systems during conferences and university events.
• Provide technical consultation and handle procurement of multimedia and sound equipment.
• Supervise contractors and guide staff in resolving technical issues.
• Manage inventory and oversee a small technical team.

Requirements:

• Academic degree or certification as a Sound Technician / Engineer (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in multimedia and sound systems.
• Experience working with multimedia and sound equipment.
• Experience managing a team — an advantage.
• Familiarity with systems such as CRESTRON, EXTRON, KRAMER — an advantage.
