We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader of System Analysts to join our Digital Products division!
In this role, you’ll lead a talented team of System Analysts driving a Digital First vision across core customer products and daily operational processes.
You’ll work in an Agile environment within cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with business, technology, and product stakeholders to deliver seamless end-to-end digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- :Lead, mentor, and empower a team of System Analysts, fostering professional growth and excellence
- .Manage complex, cross-organizational processes, ensuring alignment between business and technology needs
- .Drive technological maturity and business solution design while maintaining ownership of delivery
- .Collaborate with multiple interfaces and stakeholders across the organization
- .Work with modern methodologies and architectures, emphasizing Agile practices
- .Maintain a deep understanding of TO-BE architecture and core organizational systems
- .Lead cross-domain initiatives both within and outside the team

Requirement
- s:At least 4 years of experience in system analysis, including work on complex, multi-system processe
- s.Proven experience managing and mentoring a professional tea
- m.Strong technical understanding, holistic vision, and integration skill
- s.Independent, responsible, and highly organized, with a strong sense of ownershi
- p.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate other
- s.Curious, self-learning, and eager to explore new technologies and methodologie
- s.Ability to handle pressure and make informed decisions in dynamic environment
- s.Experience in digital product environments- advantag
- e.Experience as a Scrum Master- advantag
