The Corporate Controller oversees the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles, drives efficiency and consistency in financial reporting, and ensures robust compliance and internal controls in a multinational environment. This role is also responsible for leading the global financial consolidation process and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant consolidated reporting under US GAAP. This role combines strong technical expertise in consolidation with substantial leadership skills in managing and developing a finance team. Acting as a key partner across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance, professional growth, and accountability
• Own and manage the consolidation process for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting under US GAAP
• Drive the closing process and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all reporting cycles
• Oversee corporate accounting and tax compliance (income, sales, payroll), ensuring adherence to US GAAP and local regulations.
• Enhance and optimize financial projects and processes, including consolidation tools, BI reporting, and automation initiatives.
• Serve as a key liaison with regional accounting teams, auditors, and regulators to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, safeguard assets, and ensure data integrity across the group.

What You Have:

• CPA with 7+ years of advanced accounting/finance experience
• 3+ years in consolidation and reporting, an advantage
• Background in a Big 4 accounting firm (hi-tech practice preferred)
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a multinational environment
• Hands-on experience with accounting and consolidation systems (NetSuite a strong advantage)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, consolidation principles, tax compliance, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills (xlookups, pivot tables, PQ) and strong data analysis capabilities
• Native fluency in English and Hebrew
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
