About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator to join our professional investment funds team. The role includes responsibility for the operations, analysis, and monitoring of fund investments, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, managing data and reports, and taking an active part in decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor financial data related to investment funds.
• Collaborate with investment teams, portfolio managers, and operational control functions.
• Communicate and coordinate with institutional entities and external industry partners.
• Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-makers within the organization.
• Initiate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and control.

Starting January 2026 – work on alternate Fridays (08:00–14:00), with a compensatory day off on Sunday of the same week.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the alternative investment funds field- required.
• High proficiency in Excel- required.
• Fluent English- required.
• Previous experience in portfolio management or capital markets- an advantage.
• Experience working with institutional entities- an advantage.
