Our firm’s Antitrust and Competition Department provides legal services for all aspects of competition law. The team represents clients before the courts (in both criminal and civil proceedings), the Competition Tribunal, and the Competition Authority; engages with government bodies and Knesset committees; guides clients in transactions and other business initiatives; prepares internal compliance programs; and supplies ongoing legal advice.
In addition to its extensive work in competition law, the department also specializes in related areas such as the Concentration Law and Food Law, trade levies (anti-dumping), and various regulatory fields, including media regulation, financial regulation, and postal regulation, among others.
Clients include local and international corporations, private and public companies, and government entities operating across all sectors of industry, including market leaders in Israel and abroad. Work with foreign companies and international law firms is an integral and significant part of the department’s activity.
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience as a lawyer specializing mainly in competition law
• Background working at a leading competition law firm and/or for the Competition Authority
• High-level English proficiency – reading, writing, and speaking
• Experience managing cases and clients independently, including mergers, compliance programs, ongoing
advisory work, and complaints to and from the Competition Authority
